Before posting make sure you use the Search button, if there is an existant thread already for your issue, please do not post a new one.

Make sure you look at all the stickies that are in there, they have specific and important information that might help you.


When Posting Your Question

When
you are starting a new topic, make sure that it is named properly, it
will be much easier to search for when others users are searching. It
will also make it easier for your question to be answered.

Make
your question is clear and directly to the point, so that other people
can easily understand it. This will make it easier for players and
staff to help you.


When Replying To A Question

Before
you post an answer make sure you have understood the question, and
you've already read all the previous posts in order to not answer the
same thing more than once.

Please, stick to answer the question only, don't spam or flame.

Please Post In The Correct Section

The
Help & Questions section is for game help, such as issues with the
loader. For discussions about game play or classes please use
appropriate sections: General and Clases . For board and IRC related questions please use the Board or IRC sub forums.
Any threads deemed not to fit any of the subforums will be moved to the appropriate section.

The
moderators have the right to close a thread if they feel that the
question has already been answered. Or if the thread is being flamed or
spammed. When a moderator closes your thread and you feel that it was
closed too early, contact him/her and ask for it to be re-opened, if
you disagree with a moderators closing of a thread, and they are
unwilling to re-open, contact their Senior Moderator. Do not start a
new thread if the issue has already resolved.
